She has over a decade of experience working in senior management roles within the higher education field in France.
With the arrival of Camille Daux, EMA reaffirms its ambition to strengthen its position as an innovative, internationally oriented institution. This new chapter aims to accelerate academic development, expand global partnerships, and ensure that programmes prepare students to succeed in the global workplace of today.
Dylan Meslien

Dylan is a Customer Relationship Officer at EMA, supporting students and partners throughout their academic journey. Having lived in Paris all his life, Dylan strongly believes that studying in the city is a truly unique experience. Every student should have the opportunity to be a part of.
Valérie Delage
Head of Administration
Holding degrees from INALCO (Master’s degree in Chinese Studies), Université Stendhal (Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language), and ULCO (Master’s degree in Training Engineering), Valérie Delage entered the education and training sector, and the field of higher education, at an early stage in her career, driven by both passion and conviction.
Over more than twenty years, she has held academic and managerial positions in a range of Institutions and Schools, where she taught and led key strategic departments, including Partnerships, Careers, and Executive Education. This extensive experience has led her to her current role as Head of Administration at the École de Management Appliqué (EMA), one of the institutions within the GEDU Group.
Outside of her professional activities, Valérie Delage has a strong interest in sports (including triathlon, hiking, and Pilates), enjoys social gatherings with friends, reading, and engaging in volunteer work. She values exploring Paris at a leisurely pace and discovering new places, rich in nature, culture, and heritage, both in France and around the world.
Cleopatra Narcisse
Head of Admissions & External Relations
Cleopatra is originally from NYC and first came to Paris many years ago as an exchange student. She has over 15 years of experience working in business development in the international higher education sector. She has worked at multiple higher education institutions, including business, engineering, and arts schools. She is happy to join EMA for this new chapter.
Mayleen Goubet
With a Master’s degree in English Studies, Mayleen supports prospective EMA students in building their academic journey. Her role is to advise and guide them toward the program that best aligns with their aspirations and professional goals.
